These lights must endure and perform in the most extreme weather conditions and terrain, which is why they are subjected to the highest QC standards, to ensure that they meet the OEM performance and engineering requirements of ProBox.
We’ve included the YP-SAE4 Power Plug so you can easily connect most of our 12-volt accessories to the Yak-Power system. Whether you want to connect a fish finder, live well pump, navigation light or any other 12-volt accessory, the Power Plug Is all you need to power them up. Simply connect the accessory’s positive (+) wire to the red wire on the Power Plug and the accessory’s ground (-) wire to the black wire, and you’re good to go! It even comes with the butt connectors and heat shrink tubing you need for a secure, weather-resistant connection.
You can easily plug your 12-volt accessory into any Power Port, directly into the Power Panel Switching System or the Power Pack Battery Box or straight into a 12-volt battery using either of the Battery Terminal Pigtails (YP-BTP12 or YP-BTP96). It is compatible with YP-PMC48S, YP-PMC96S and YP-PMC144S Power Ports, YP-RP5R Power Panel Switching System, YP-BBK Power Pack Battery Box and YP-BTP12 and YP-BTP96 Battery Terminal Pigtails.
Note: Always make sure the Yak-Power plug-and-play connectors are completely pushed together when connecting the system. We use our own custom tooled, high tolerance, very snug fitting SAE connectors with larger gauge, real copper wire to ensure a quality, weatherproof and reliable connection. All Yak-Power plug-and-play accessories are designed specifically to work together while maintaining the correct battery polarity throughout the entire YP system. Using other aftermarket connectors or splicing other connectors into our system may cause damage to the system or the accessories connected to the system. This voids your warranty.
Make sure to pay attention to the wire colors of all YP accessory cables to ensure that the red (+) wire is always connecting to the red (+) wire on the connector into which it’s being plugged.
