how do I connect active target yellow wire to yakpower

I want to connect an active target to one of my open ports on my Yakpower system. My question is, what does the yellow (wake up) wire connect to?

If you are running the power directly from the battery to the active target you would just wire the yellow to an output channel. If you are running the active target power through the switching system you would tie the red and yellow wires together.
