If the product is less than 12 months old, email customerservice@bazooka.com with a copy of your receipt, your shipping address, and a description of the issue. They will arrange a replacement.
Fast charger stops charging phone after a few seconds. Not using case. Hooked up to a Nocqua 20AH battery using th YP-MPWC 12 Volt Mobile Phone Wireless Fast Charger (15W) | One Hand Operation | 360 Degree Adjustable Gooseneck Action Mount
Push phone into holder, charge starts then stops after a few seconds. I'm using the Nocqua cable connector.
