My wireless pad for the YP-RP8R it’s not functioning correctly. Some of the buttons aren’t working anymore.

My wireless pad is not working completely only some of the buttons work I don't know if I got wet can I buy a new touchpad or do I have to buy a whole new system?

You would have to purchase the whole thing as the firm ware has changed. If your purchase was within the last year or close to it, we can cover a replacement for you under warranty.
