You would need a YP-SAEY and the polarity reversing kit YP-BBK-PAK. You would plug the red plug on the Y into your first box.
Plug your switch into one of the black plugs on the Y, take the long wire from the YP-BBK-PAK plug into the other remaining plug on the Y. Than plug that wire into the other battery box.
