my yak-power yp-rp5wr wireless switch is not working
YP-RP5WR Five Circuit Wireless Digital Switching System
The wireless remote does not power on. The phone control works but not the wireless switch. I've removed the insulator tabs and replaced the cr2032 batteries and it is still not working.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Make sure the batteries have the writing face up and that the 3 compartment screws are tight. If that is correct and the unit is less than a year old. Contact customerservice@bazooka.com with a copy of your receipt and address
