Make sure the 3.5mm jack is plugged in all the way in. If keypad will still not light up contact customerservice@bazooka.com for warranty replacement.
None of the buttons on the control panel will illuminate but all the lights on the digital switch box are on. YP-RP8R 8 Circuit Bluetooth Enabled Switching System
