Using a different battery charger
YP-BBK Power Pack Battery Box

Is there another battery charger that would plug into the battery box and would work to charge my Dakota Lithium 7AH batteries that I have in the Power Pack battery box? Like for example I was looking at the NOCO Genius 10 that looks like you can add an SAE connector and use the GC009 connector to plug into the box. Do you think this setup would work?

That charger looks like a charger for lead acid batteries. To get the most output and life out of Lithium batteries you need to use a charger that is designed for a Lithium battery. Then you would just add the YP-SAE4 to a Lithium battery charger.
